Vanguard prioritizes after sales services and invests a substantial amount of time and effort in developing good customer service as well as a global network of service engineers. A comprehensive five days training is provided for all service engineers to equip them with the necessary knowledge and technical know-how to be competent in lifeboat servicing, repair work, annual inspection, five-yearly overhaul and the likes.
Vanguard also hosts networking events on regular basis to engage customers and offer a platform for likeminded people in the industry to build and expand their network.
