From 30th September to 2nd October 2015, at the Convention Center Mcal Lopez in Asuncion, Paraguay, the Navegistic event will be taking place. VICUSdt will be present together with our partners GRUPO HC in the stand DD5.
This event will bring together in one place more than 200 companies from 30 countries, including shipping companies, shipyards, manufacturers of goods, providers of goods and services, workshops, classification societies, port facilities, and insurance companies.
Paraguay has the third largest fleet inland navigation of the world; these ships present a number of challenges from the hydrodynamic point of view mainly due to draft restrictions and high power density in their propellers.
VICUS has good experience in the analysis and optimisation of pushers and riverboats; we are in a good position to assist in the development of new generations of more efficient riverboats.
