Belgium-based logistics company Ziegler has announced a partnership with Crystal Palace FC, with the aim of expanding its presence on the supply chain map.

The Ziegler logo will be displayed at different touchpoints around the stadium, including stand and pitch-side LED displays, as well as over 100 stadium screens.

Through this partnership, Ziegler aims to expand its presence, which currently operates 156 branches in more than 16 countries, including partner companies in a further 80 countries.

Ziegler UK managing director Lee Marshall said: “We’re delighted to be joining Crystal Palace on this exciting journey. Much like the club, Ziegler are a forward-thinking business full of ambition and this alliance represents a significant milestone for us.”

“The alignment of values and synergy between our two organisations is undeniable; the dedication, passion and commitment to excellence that Crystal Palace exemplifies mirror our own core principles, which include authenticity, entrepreneurship, expertise and reliability.”

Ziegler's collaboration with Crystal Palace FC is set to provide hospitality opportunities for customers and stakeholders, as it will allow access to exclusive matchday hospitality packages.

Alongside this, Ziegler will be able to hold events at Selhurst Park, the club's home ground since 1924, making use of the club's facilities for corporate gatherings, seminars and meetings.

Marshall added: “We are confident that this partnership will bring about immense opportunities for both entities. Ziegler’s expertise in global freight transportation, logistics and supply chain management will undoubtedly provide great opportunity throughout the Crystal Palace community and beyond.

"With expertise facilitating a wide scope of industries via land, sea and air, we plan, design and construct a competitive worldwide network to transport, store and handle goods easily and reliably.”

The brand's reach will extend beyond the stadium, with branding appearing in a variety of digital and offline marketing channels, including independent emails, newsletters, programmes and website sponsorship.

Ziegler will be joining other partners across the board, which include Cinch, Macron and the University of Roehampton.
