Italy-based Telmar Yachting, a navigation technology company with a global footprint as part of the Marlink Group, has unveiled its latest range of desk interface products for the “superyacht” market.
The T-Master KIT and T-Master Touch systems were launched at the Monaco Yacht Show and boast touchscreens of up to 42-inches (106cm).
“The bridge consoles integrate a diverse array of essential technologies for safe navigation, including radar and chart plotters as well as wheelhouse controls, to deliver an ultra-modern integrated system with stunning aesthetics, suitable for any luxury superyacht,” the company said.
The console can be installed as part of an existing bridge structure, or as a standalone podium. Telemar Yachting said it would be suitable for retrofit or newbuild operations.
Despite packing the new products with new developments to aid navigation and control, the company said its interface is “simple and immediate”.
“The single-page interface guarantees immediacy and full control of all functions in any type of operational situation,” it added.
