Brittany Ferries has selected RINA’s SERTICA as its new fleet management system.
The decision to implement SERTICA followed an extensive evaluation by Brittany Ferries, which operates routes between France, the UK, Spain, and Ireland.
SERTICA, developed by the inspection, certification, and consulting engineering multinational RINA, is designed to streamline and optimise maritime operations by offering a wide range of maintenance, procurement, and safety management features.
“We are confident that SERTICA’s suite of fleet management tools will enhance our operational capabilities. We look forward to a strong and successful partnership in the years to come,” said Arnaud Le Poulichet, director of maintenance and engineering of Brittany Ferries.
According to Italy-based RINA, the system “empowers fleet operators with the tools to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance”.
Brittany Ferries has diversified its fleet over recent years, recently investing in hybrid battery-powered vessels as well as LNG-fuelled ferries.
