Vinci Energies has announced the acquisition of two Dutch companies, RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht Electro Industrie, marking its expansion into the maritime sector in the Netherlands.
These companies, specialising in maritime electrical and automation solutions, are set to join Vinci Energies’ network, enhancing its industrial services offerings.
RH Marine, established in 1860, is a system integrator in the maritime industry, delivering automation and electrical solutions.
The company’s expertise spans installation, commissioning, maintenance, and life cycle support for various ship’s electrical systems.
Bakker Sliedrecht, founded in 1919, complements these services as an electrical integrator focused on the design and maintenance of electrical installations.
Its work extends to onshore electrical infrastructures, catering to the nautical, dredging, and offshore sectors.
