Emerald Kaia is a luxury yacht being developed by Emerald Cruise, a luxury brand within the Scenic Group, a travel operator based in Australia.
It will become the third vessel in the Emerald Cruises fleet. The yacht is part of the celebrations marking the company’s ten-year anniversary.
Emerald Kaia represents a significant progression in the Emerald fleet, boasting considerable design and amenity advancements. The yacht follows the successful launches of its predecessors, the Emerald Azzurra and the Emerald Sakara, in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
The superyacht is scheduled to embark on its maiden voyage in April 2026.
Emerald Kaia superyacht design and features
The Emerald Kaia superyacht will measure 393ft (120m) in length with a breadth of 57.41ft. The vessel will be able to accommodate 128 guests across seven decks and serviced by a crew of 92.
Guests aboard the Emerald Kaia will enjoy the luxury of spacious areas, which will combine increased capacity with an intimate atmosphere.
Emerald Kaia yacht’s expansive and meticulously designed architecture will offer various amenities to enhance the guest experience. The yacht will feature the Observation Sun Deck at the bow and the Sky Deck cabanas.
The Sky Bar will provide guests with an ideal setting for socialising and a diverse array of exquisite dining experiences.
Emerald Kaia accommodation
The Emerald Kaia superyacht will feature 64 suites and staterooms, each boasting a terrace and panoramic views. All accommodations will offer a floor plan 10% larger than previous vessels, providing extra comfort in a spacious and contemporary setting.
There will be two Owner’s suites located on deck six. The suites will each provide 1,410ft² (131m²) of space, including a private terrace and a two-person spa pool, offering an intimate and luxurious retreat.
The Terrace suites will be located on deck five and offer 829ft² of space with a wraparound terrace. There will be two terrace rooms on the yacht.
Two yacht suites on deck four will feature 883ft² of space with a wraparound terrace. Deck four will also house 26 balcony suites, ranging from 323ft² to 334ft².
Deck seven will offer four Balcony Suites, each measuring 344ft², along with two deluxe balcony suites, each measuring 484ft² in size.
Dining options onboard Emerald Kaia
The Emerald Kaia superyacht will feature a variety of dining options, ranging from speciality restaurants to casual poolside eateries. It will feature an open kitchen with views of the chefs at work.
The Aqua Cafe, which will be located on deck six beside the Aqua Pool, will serve al fresco light refreshments. The Night Market Grill will offer Asian-style cuisine in a private dining setting exclusive to just eight guests.
La Cucina Dining & Terrace on deck three will provide gourmet dinners, as well as breakfasts and lunches.
Onboard amenities
The superyacht will feature Gocycle electric bicycles onboard, along with Wi-Fi service. A boutique for shopping will be available on deck three.
The marina deck will feature an interior lounge, a wide variety of water sports, and the unique opportunity to swim directly from the open-air gym.
Additionally, the larger Elements Spa will cater to guests seeking wellness as part of their luxurious escape. It will reflect the brand’s focus on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit as part of an all-encompassing escape.
Emerald Kaia itinerary
The yacht’s itinerary will include journeys along the coastlines of the Mediterranean, Aegean, and Adriatic Seas, extending to the Seychelles.
The superyacht will offer excursions with knowledgeable local guides.
Contractors involved
The contract for the vessel’s construction of the vessel was awarded to Vietnam-based shipbuilding company, HA LONG Shipbuilding Company.
Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS) was engaged for the approval of documentation and supervision during vessel construction.
